It's okay to talk to yourself

Someone asked me for tips on how to improve her memory for Literature. Among other things, ! suggested talking through the topics out loud, imagining the kinds of questions her professor might ask and working those and her answers into discussions. She Could even do this with inanimate objects. Talking through stuff 里 helps even if you're not talking to anyone else I often talk to myself: commuting, biking, washing the dishes... I think in silence too, but I talk if I'm on the and I go don't have a way of writing things down. I talk to figure things out. It takes longer than writing or drawing. but at least I can move things a little bit forward Nov 7, 2013 Would I talk to other people like I talk to myself? Probably not. Maybe W- if I want his opinion. For the most part, I need to be alone to hear. myself think. around others, I feel myself shifting.! learn a lot then too, but I need to check it against quiet to know.
